Patrick Kelly is a product and brand innovation leader with more than a decade of experience building high performance portfolios across skincare, hair, fragrance, and wellness. He brings deep expertise in product strategy, including long term roadmap planning and end to end new product development, as well as brand strategy, positioning, and go to market leadership. 

Patrick was also the founder of Sigil, a genderless fine fragrance brand known for its elevated natural formulations and distinctive storytelling. The brand received recognition and awards from outlets including Vogue, GQ, and Marie Claire.

In addition to full time leadership roles, Patrick partners on a fractional and consultative basis with emerging and established brands, advising on product strategy, innovation pipeline, fragrance and formulation direction, brand architecture, positioning, and go to market strategy.
